R H Dalmia (R H Dalmia & Others) has informed the Exchange, in continuation to earlier intimation under regulation 7(1A) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 informing about sale of 1,34,14,316 shares (10%) through block deal in the market, as follows: "I, together with other members of promoter group, wish to inform you that today i.e. May 29, 2009, we have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA"), with Garima Buildprop Private Limited (the "Acquirer") under which we have committed to sell further 6,81,85,546 fully paid-up equity shares of OCL Iro
