Ocl Iron And Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that "Shri Praveen Chand has been resigned from the Directorship as well as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 01.12.2008. The resignation letter of Shri Praveen Chand will be considered in the next Meeting of the Board of Directors.
