: Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 (Regulations), Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract Regulations Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Exchange) it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Nuchem Limited w.e.f. May 12, 2017 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on December 04, 2016 has issued public notice in the newspaper for compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Nuchem Limited has informed the Exchange that: 1) The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on December 29, 2010. 2) The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from December 22, 2010 to December 29, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.

Nuchem Ltd has informed the Exchange that: 1) The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 24, 2009. 2) The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2009 to September 24, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
