Nuchem Ltd has informed the Exchange that "At the request of the company, the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, has granted 3 months extension of time for the purpose of holding next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, vide its approval letter dated 30/3/2009 read with the letter dated 2/7/2009. In view of this, the next AGM of the company has to be held on or before 26.9.2009. The company will announce the dates for the next AGM and the closure of Register of Members in due course of time".
