Nuchem Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2009 has inter-alia ratified an agreement dated 25.3.2009 for divestment of the shares held by the Company in its wholly owned subsidiary company namely Nuchem infrastructure Limited (formerly known as Nuchem Machine Tools Limited) to the extent of 48.96% for a total consideration of Rs.25.48 crore for the purpose of strengthening long term resources of the company.
