Arihant Capital Markets Limited has informed the Exchange w.r.t. Delisting Offer under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulations, 2009 ("SEBI Delisting Regulations) of Novopan Industries Limited ("Company") - by GVK Projects & Technical Services Limited ("Acquirer").

Novopan Industries Limited has, with reference to the Delisting of the equity shares of the Company from the Exchange, submitted to the Exchange the details of the name, address and contact numbers of the Contact Person at RTA and at the Company for solving Investor queries post Delisting.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Novopan Industries Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. November 03, 2014 on account of voluntary delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. November 10, 2014.

This Post Offer PA is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with, (i) the public announcement published on July 25, 2014 ( PA ) in respect of the voluntary delisting of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited in accordance with the Securities

Novopan Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that as per the approval of the members by way of Postal Ballot conducted by the Company as per the provision of section 192A read with The Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001 for issue and allotment of 2,50,00,000 - 10% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each the sub-committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted the said Shares to GVK Projects & Technical Services Limited on June 11, 2011.

Novopan Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2010 have decided to convene the next annual general meeting of the company on November 27, 2010 and announced the book closure dates from November 24, 2010 to November 27, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
