Nirma Limited has informed the Exchange that the Scheme of Arrangement, in the nature of demerger and transfer of the demerged undertaking of Nirma Credit and Capital Private Ltd., to the Company has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat through their order dated March 14, 2011. The Company is yet to receive certified copy of order from Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
