The Company has negotiated the said acquisition with CHL and Assets Reconstruction Company(India) Limited,(ARCIL),a securitization and reconstruction Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India under section 3 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Act,2002.Pursuant to the negotiations and approval of the BODs,the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreem
