Nagarjuna Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 11, 2010 approved:(a) The proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary company in Mauritius under the name and style of 'Nagarjuna Mauritius Private Limited' or such other name as may be permitted by the Registrar of Companies, Republic of Mauritius, Mauritius. (b) To commend a proposal to the shareholders to invest in cash a sum not exceeding Euro 5 million in the equity capital of the wholly owned subsidiary company - Nagarjuna Mauritius Private Limit
