Members of the Exchange are hereby informed about the delisting of equity shares of MVL Limited w.e.f. February 28, 2025 in terms of Rule 21(2) (b) of the Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules 1957.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 11, 2020 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. MVL Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from September 22, 2018 to September 29, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2018.
