Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Moser-Baer (l) Limited (MOSERBAER) w.e.f. October 17, 2019 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on June 06,2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 22, 2017 to September 28, 2017 for the (both days inclusive) purpose of Annual General Meeting will be held on September 28, 2017.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 24, 2016 to September 30, 2016(both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2016.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from June 25, 2015 to June 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 30, 2015.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors has at its meeting held on May 14, 2015 approved allotment of 9,879 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on conversion of 100 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) Tranche B, which are part of USD 150 million FCCB issued in terms of Offer Circular dated June 18, 2007. This issue of shares is pursuant to a conversion notice received from certain bondholder.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that subject to necessary approvals, the allotment committee of the Board of Directors has in their meeting held on March 31, 2015 issued and allotted 1,34,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par on preferential basis to M/s. Microgreen Electronics Private Limited, a Promoter Group Company. The allotment is in terms of approval of shareholders accorded vide Special Resolution passed on March 30, 2015, by way of postal ballot and under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 02, 2014 to July 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 04, 2014.

Moser-Baer (I) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Book shall remian close from September 25, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2013.

Moser-Baer (I) Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from September 07, 2009 to September 08, 2009 (both days inclusive) to determine the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the dividend, if any, declared for the financial year 2008-09 at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 08, 2009. The date of Annual General Meeting is September 08, 2009. Further the Dividend on the Equity Shares will be paid by the Company within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Moser-Baer (I) Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from July 31, 2008 to August 01, 2008 (both days inclusive) to determine the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the dividend, if any, declared for the financial year 2007-08 at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 23, 2008. Further, the Dividend on the Equity Shares will be paid by the Company within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Moser-Baer (I) Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed on July 18, 2007 as record date to determine the shareholders who will be entitled to receive Bonus Shares to be issued by the Company in the ratio of 1:2.
