Mercator Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, has recommended dividend @5% i.e. Rs.0.05/- per share on equity shares of Rs.1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2017.

Mercator Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016 has recommended a dividend @ 10% ie Re. 0.10/- per share on Equity shares of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016.

Mercator Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015 has recommended dividend @20% i.e. Re.0.20/- per share on Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.

Mercator Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014 has recommended dividend @10% i.e. Re.0.10/- per share on Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014.

Mercator Lines Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Direcotrs of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2010 has recommended dividend @ 20% i.e. Re 0.20/- per share on equity shares of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2010.

Mercator Lines Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 29, 2007 has recommended dividend @ 100% i.e. Rs.1/- per share on 18,92,42,500 Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.

Mercator Lines Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 31, 2006 has recommended final dividend @ 30% on equity shares of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006 in addition to interim dividend of 150% already paid.

Mercator Lines Limited has informed the Exchange that the BODs of the Company in their meeting held on October 26, 2005, have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs.1.50 per share on equity shares of Re.1/- each for the FY ending on March 31, 2006. Further, the Company has fixed November 11, 2005 as the Record Date for the purpose of deciding entitlement for payment of the said interim dividend.
