Manjeera Constructions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 14th August 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:- (1) To convene the 27th Annual General Meeting on 30th September 2014; (2) The Book closure of the Company is fixed from 25-09-2014 to 30-09-2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM (3) Approved the appointment of Mrs. Gayatri Khatri as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
