    Lanco Infratech Limited has informed the Exchange that "In the Board Meeting of M/s. Lanco Hills Technology Park Private Limited (LHTPPL) a subsidiary of the Company; held on 17th October, 2008 it was decided to demerge LHTPPL into two entities subject to statutory and various other approvals. With the demerger of LHTPPL, SEZ business would be retained by the existing LHTPPL and the Non-SEZ business would be demerged into separate company. The demerger would be effective from 1st April, 2008."
