Further, the Company has informed the Exchange that the 2,05,48,980 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been exercised up to April 30, 2010 and 1,74,56,190 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been Cancelled due to separation of the employees up to of April 30, 2010
