Lg Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into an agreement with International Finance Corporation, Washington the primary sector arm of the World Bank Group for 20 million US$ financial package. The Investment comprises an equity investment of 5 Million US$ equivalent and a term loan of 15 million US$ equivalent to cater the improvements of the company's existing facilities as well as the development of a Greenfield hot forging facilities near Coimbatore.
