CSEA/LD/333/2008 dated May 29,2008.

(2) Book closure shall be from September 26, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive). Further the Company has informed that the Company is ploughing back the profits to reap the maximum benefits. Therefore, the Board did not recommend final dividend for the FY 2006-07.
