June 21, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on June 20, 2013) as the company has failed to respond satisfactorily to the notice of the Exchange for non-compliance with the provisions of listing agreement.

Price movement : Significant price movement has been observed in K S Oils Limited.. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. K S Oils Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The company does not have any price sensitive information or any other information which may have bearing on the price / volume behavior in the scrip."

News Verification : The media had reports that ADM may buy four oilseed crushing plants from the company. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. K S Oils Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We hereby clarify that the company has not entered into any agreement with any party for sale of its business so far."

News Verification : The media had reports that K S Oils Limited may consider a sale of all its key businesses, including wind power. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. K S Oils Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The company has not entered into any concrete agreement with any party for sale of its business so far."

K S Oils Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the reports that appeared in certain sections of the media regarding involvement of certain individuals in share price manipulation. The company would like to categorically state that they have not received any official communication from any of the regulators or stock exchanges or any other authorities and also deny any involvement of the company or any executives in this matter.
