    K S Oils Limited has informed the Exchange that "Fitch Rating has Assigned a National Issuer Rating of 'A-(ind)' (A minus (ind) to India-based K S Oils Limited (KS). Fitch has also assigned a rating of 'A-(Ind)' (A minus (ind) to its INR 3000 million long term bank loans, and a rating of "F2+(ind)' to its INR6000 million short term debt bank facility ( interchangeable between fund based and non-fund based)".
