KLG Systel Limited has informed the Exchange regarding order of Winding-up passed by Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

KLG Systel Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Bankers of the Company have stopped all the operation from December 31, 2012 and subsequently the company operations have stopped from March 31, 2013".

KLG Systel Limited has submitted to the Exchange vide letter dated May 27, 2013 regarding Order of winding-Up passed by Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

KLG Systel Limited has informed the Exchange that:(1) Sh. R. P. Singh, Independent Director nominee of State Bank of India has resigned from the said Company (w.e.f. May 15, 2013).(2) Company has closed all the operations for the time being due to failure of CDR Scheme and NPA status. The management of the Company is in the process of planning a revival plan.(3) State Bank of India has informed to the said Company that they shall proceed with sale of promoter shares if dues are not paid by May 15, 2013. Company is in talk with SBI to explore revival of the Company.

Klg Systel Limited has informed the Exchange that vide letter dated July 22, 2011 (received by the Company on August 04, 2011) the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell, Mumbai has approved the proposal for admission of restructuring of debts of KLG Systel Limited under CDR mechanism and the Company is classified as 'Class A' borrower.

Klg Systel Limited has informed the Exchange that the Power System Solution (PSS) Division of the Company has been awarded an order of Rs. 89.76 crores from Chattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited to act as an IT Implementing Agency in CSPDCL under part A of R-APDRP during XI Plan against Tender Enquiry No. EITC-TR 51R.
