Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of KLG Systel Limited will be suspended w.e.f. December 10, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on December 09, 2013) as the company has failed to respond satisfactorily to the notice of the Exchange for non-compliance with the provisions of listing agreement.

News Verification : The media had reports on September 21, 2006 that Klg Systel Ltd. has signed an outsourcing deal wih discoms. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
