Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Kinetic Motor Company Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. March 22, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on March 21, 2013) on account of Scheme of Amalgamation with Kinetic Engineering Limited.

News Verification : The media had reports that Mahindra & Mahindra Limited may buy the company's assets in a deal valued at Rs.110-120 crores. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
