Khaitan Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 has recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2011 at the rate of Rs. 1.50 per share.

Khaitan Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008 : 1) Has recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2008 at the rate of 20%. 2) The Board Accepted re-appointment of Sri Sunil K. Khaitan, Vice - Chairman & MD for a further period of Five years from November 01, 2008 to October 31, 2013.

Khaitan Electricals Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007 has recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2007 at the rate of 20%.

Khaitan Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that the BoDs at its meeting held on July 07, 2006 have recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2006 at the rate of 18%.

Khaitan Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the BoD's held on September 27, 2004, the following decisions have been taken : 1) the Board recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2004 at the rate of 12%; 2) AGM to be held on November 06, 2004; 3) Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 01, 2004 to November 06, 2004 (both days inclusive).
