Kingfisher Airlines Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Bharath Raghavan has resigned from the services of United Breweries ( Holdings) Limited with effect from the close of business hours on July 31, 2015 and consequently his secondment to Kingfisher Airlines Limited has Simultaneously come to an end and has ceased to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Kingfisher Airlines Limited after the close of business hours on July 31, 2015

Kingfisher Airlines Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr.Lalit Bhasin has, because of his pre-occupation with other commitments, resigned as Director of the Company with effect from March 20, 2015.

Kingfisher Airlines Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Vijay Amritraj has, because of increase in his travel schedule and commitments that will prevent him from attending any board meetings in 2012 & 2013, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and his resignation has been accepted with effect from March 14, 2012.

Further the Company has also informed to the Exchange that Dr. Vijay Mallya who was designated as the Chairman & CEO, has been re-designated as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
