Jaypee Infratech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 27, 2013, have recommended Dividend of Re.1.00 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@10%) amounting to Rs.138.89 crores for the year 2012-13 excluding Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs.23.61 crores. The dividend shall be paid subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
