Jaypee Infratech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on January 24, 2011 has fixed February 04, 2011 as the Record Date for the purpose of distribution of Interim Dividend.

Jaypee Infratech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011 have declared Interim Dividend of Re.0.75 per equity share of Rs.10/-, i.e. 7.5%, aggregating Rs.104.17 Crores (excluding the Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs.17.30 Crores) for the year 2010-2011. The payment date for the Interim Dividend is fixed as February 11, 2011.
