Jaiprakash Associates Limited has informed the Exchange that In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, requiring review of rating at least once a year, the Rating Committee of Credit Analysis and Research Limited has reviewed the operational and financial performance of the Company for FY15 & 9MFY16 and has reaffirmed the earlier rating as intimated to stock exchanges vide our letter dated July 23, 2015.

Jaiprakash Associates Limited has informed the Exchange that the Rating Committee of Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) has revised the ratings of Company's Bank Loan Facilities and NCDs. The copy of rationale is attached. However, the Company has made suitable representation to the Rating Agency for a review of the same.

Jaiprakash Associates Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) has assigned 'CARE A+" [CARE Single A (Plus)] rating to the proposed secured long term NCDs of Rs.500 Crores of Jaiprakash Associates Limited. Instruments with this rating are considered to offer adequate safety for timely servicing of debt obligations. Such instruments carry low credit risk".
