The Exchange has sought clarification from Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited with respect to recent news item captioned "Sheenlac may buy out Jenson & Nicholson's stake in JV". The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited has submitted their response.
