Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 , it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited w.e.f. February 13, 2019 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 01, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 20, 2017 to September 26 , 2017(both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2017.
