Jd Orgochem Limited has informed the Exchange that meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on July 28, 2005, could not be held because of unprecedented rain and the declaration of holiday by the Government of Maharashtra. The Meeting was held on July 29, 2005. The Board of Directors took the following decisions :- 1) To change the Accounting year of the Company from September ending to March ending subject to approval of The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai and accordingly, the present accounting year will be of 18 months i.e. from October 2004 to March, 2006. 2

Jd Orgochem Limited has informed the Exchange that the board meeting to be held on November 30,2004 to consider and approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended September 30,2004 could not be held due to failure of the company's Computer Network System, because of some major hardware problem which resulted in loss of accounting data, the accounts for the year ended September 30,2004 could not be finalized and it will take some time to reconstruct the data and accounts.
