Jaypee Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that for the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on July 22, 2008 and payment of dividend, the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from July 12, 2008 to July 22, 2008 (both days inclusive). Further, the date of payment of dividend warrant will be before August 21, 2008.

Jaypee Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that for the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 27, 2007 and payment of dividend, the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from September 15, 2007 to September 27, 2007 (both days inclusive). Further, the date of payment of dividend warrant will be before October 26, 2007.
