Jaihind Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015(as amended time to time), the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from May20, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after said Audited Financial results will become public. (both days inclusive).

Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information under Regulation 8(1). 2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders under Regulation 9(1).
