ING Vysya Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held on October 28, 2014 appointed Mr. David Han Lee Yong as an Additional Director effective the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in terms of Section 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 as per the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on October 22, 2014, to hold office up to the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held in the year 2015.
