Info-Drive Software Limited has informed the Exchange regarding acquisition of Subsidiary as follows: " Info-Drive, as part of its expansion plan, has invested in the Equity shares of M/s. Pacific First Sixth Ltd., a body corproate incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius, thereby making it a subsidiary company. The acquisition will be the gateway to channelise investments in a diversified portfolio of Information Technology and BPO services with a good geographic and segmented spread. This is in line with Info-Drive's strategy of expansion through inorganic growth in different geographies /

Ltd., a Company in which we hold 51% equity, have informed us that they have taken a decision to roll back our holding from 51% to 24%. The meeting had been convened by them without adequate notice and also full of legal lacunae. We have issued a rebuttal to their action and intend taking appropriate legal steps against them.
