Ind-Swift Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has approached Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench, Seeking further time for re-payment of its fixed Deposits under Section 74(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Matter has been fixed for hearing and will be decided in due course.

Ind-Swift Limited has informed the Exchange that the company is providing the facility to its shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on all the items of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. (Remote voting). Accordingly, to determine the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically/ physically, the company has fixed September 23, 2015 as cut off date. The company has availed the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL} to provide e-voting facility to the shareholders.

Ind-Swift Limited has informed the Exchange that : (1) The secured debt of the company have been restructured under Corporate Debt Restructuring mechanism by majority secured Creditors on March 28, 2013. As few of the lenders to the Company are not agreeing to the restructuring, the Company is in process of filing Application u/s 391 of Companies Act to Honable' High Court of Punjab and Haryana to effect implementation of Restructuring as approved under Corporate Debt Restructuring mechanism; (2) Sh.R.K.Ummat has been appointed as Additional Director of the company.

Ltd and Essix Biosciences Ltd. with the company;(2) The IFCI has withdrawn its nominee, Mr. S.P. Sharma from the Board of Directors of the company vide its letter no. IFCI/NDC/2012-120926023 dated Sept 18,2012.(3) The Registrar of Companies, Punjab & Chandigarh has granted the extension of 3 months for holding Annual General meeting of the company.

Ind-Swift Limited has informed the Exchange that the meetings of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors, Unsecured Creditors and Fixed Deposit holders were held on April 08, 2012 in order to approve the scheme of arrangement for merger of Dashmesh Medicare Private Limited & Essix Biosciences Limited with Ind Swift Limited pursuant to the order of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, dated February 28, 2012. The Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors, Unsecured Creditors and Fixed Deposit holders of the Company have approved the Scheme of Arrangement.
