Helios And Matheson Information Technology Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th October 2013 approved the appointment of Mr Suresh Kumar Rajasekaran as additional director of the company. Mr Suresh is an advocate of 30yrs standing enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. He has a bachelors degree in Administration and Law and has expertise in corporate law, arbitration etc.,

The Board places on record their sincere appreciation for his services and wishes him a happy retirement.
