Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2012 has declared the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.7/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each. This interim dividend will be paid/dispatched on October 22, 2012.

Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2012 recommended Special dividend for Financial Year 2011 of Rs.12.00 per share in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 10 per share paid in November 2011. The Special Dividend will be paid on May 10, 2012.

Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2011 has declared the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each. This interim dividend will be paid / dispatched on November 22, 2011.

(2) Decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2010.

Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 26, 2009 approved the following (1) Recommended a dividend @150% i.e. Rs. 3/- per equity shares on the fully paid equity shares of Rs.2/- each. (2) Decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2009.

Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 23, 2007 has recommended payment of dividend on pro-rata basis of Rs.0.47 (7.5%) per share on 7.5% Redeemable Cumulative Non Convertible Preference Shares having face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs.76.92 lac (including dividend distribution tax of Rs.9.46 lac).
