Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that under the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, the Options holders have exercised 91,500 Options Vested in them and have given the mandate to sell the underlying equity shares of the Company to IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ITSL), the Trustees of the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust. Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that in order to meet the natural gas requirement for its markets, the Company has entered into an agreement with BG India Energy Solutions Private Limited (BGIESPL), for the purchase on a firm basis of re-gasified LNG(RLNG) as follows: (i) 0.7 mmscmd for the period from April 01, 2011 to June 30, 2011 and (ii) 1.0 mmscmd for the period from July 01, 2011 to December 31, 2011. Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding the reduction in the volume of Panna-Mukta, Tapti (" PMT") gas supplied by GAIL to the Company. The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "The volume of gas supplied by GAIL to the Company from the PMT fields have been restored approximately to the levels of gas supplies prior to the notification of the Force Majeure (FM) event at the oil evacuation system of the Panna and Mukta fields".

Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "Consequent to the intimation dated 31 July 2009 from GAIL regarding the notification of a Force Majeure(FM) event at the oil evacuation system of the Panna and Mukta fields with effect from 1600 hours on 25th July 2009 which has also impacted the gas production, the volume of gas being supplied by GAIL to the Company has been reduced by about 40% till further notice. Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding the reduction in PMT gas supplies to the Company by GAIL on account of a Force Majeure event. The Company had also informed the Exchange regarding the restoration of PMT gas supplies to the Company by GAIL to near normal levels, wherein it was stated that GAIL had not withdrawn the notice of the said Force Majeure. The Company has now informed the Exchange that "GAIL has now intimated to the Company that the said Force Majeure event at the PMT fields has ceased. Gas supplies from GAIL however still continue at near normal levels".

Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd had informed the Exchange vide its letter dated February 20, 2009 regarding the reduction in PMT gas supplies to the Company by GAIL. The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "The volumes of PMT gas now being supplied by GAIL have been restored to the levels almost to those prior to the issue of the notice of the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure, though the notice of Force Majeure has not been withdrawn."

Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "Consequent to the intimation dated 19 February 2009 from GAIL regarding a Force Majeure event, the volume of Panna-Mukta Tapti gas being supplied by GAIL to the Company has reduced by about 31%. Supplies from GAIL account for more than 80% of the Company's total gas supply. This has affected the Company's sale of gas mainly to industrial customers. The intimation of Force Majeure is for an indefinite period. Gas supply from the Company's other suppliers continues at near to normal levels."

Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding reduction of gas supply from GAIL with effect from January 07, 2009, due to an indefinite strike by the Oil Sector Officers Association. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the gas supplies from GAIL have been restored to near normal levels with effect from January 11, 2009. The gas supply from other suppliers continues as usual.
