Great Offshore Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share of Rs.10 each (i.e. @25% ), on its paid up equity share capital, subject to approval of members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Great Offshore Limited has informed the Exchange that that: "At the Board Meeting held today i.e. 29th August, 2007, the Board of Directors have declared an Interim dividend of 80% i.e. Rs.8/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2007-2008".
