(1) The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 6% on the paid up equity shares subject to the approval of the shareholders. (2) Annual General Meeting of the Company has been convened on July 25, 2008. (3) Book Closure has been fixed from July 19, 2008 to July 25, 2008 (inclusive of both days).
