Gujarat State Petronet Limited has informed the Exchange that Smt. Vilasini Ramachandran, IAS (Retd.), has ceased to be Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. February 24, 2015 consequent to her resignation from the Board of the Company.

Gujarat State Petronet Limited has informed the Exchange that Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited has nominated Dr. J N Singh, IAS as a Director on the Board of the Company. The appointment of Dr. J N Singh, IAS w.e.f. November 24, 2014 was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company by passing Resolution by Circulation.
