Grabal Alok Impex Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Company had issued and allotted 4,00,000 Warrants to Jiwrajka Investment Private Limited (JIPL) and 6,30,000 Warrants to Nirvan Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), both part of the promoter group, at aprice of Rs. 145/- per warrant determined as per SEBI guidelines. The Warrants holders had paid a sum equivalent of 10% of the total consideration and the balance would be payable upon exercise of the conversion option.
