Glodyne Technoserve Limited has informed the Exchange that the dividend declared, if any, will be payable to the shareholders on or after December 29, 2012.

Glodyne Technoserve Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 25, 2012 has inter alia: (1) Recommended for the approval of shareholders dividend of Rs.4.6 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.6/- each of the Company (i.e. 76.67%), subject to the approvals of the shareholders, financial institutions and such other authority as may be required.
