    Paradyne Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 24, 2006 has inter alia, approved the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) under which options carrying right to acquire up to 10,00,000 equity shares of the Company will be issued to eligible employees and non-executive Directors of the Company. Inadvertently the quantum of ESOS was mentioned as 5% of the paid up capital of Company. Therefore, the company has requested to read the quantum of ESOS as 10,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company instead of 5% of the paid up
