Glodyne Technoserve Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Broadllyne Technologies Limited ('BTL') with Glodyne Technoserve Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ('the Scheme') filed under the Company Scheme Petition no.577 of 2010 connected with Company Summons for Direction no.512 of 2010 vide Order dated November 19, 2010.
