Global Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following; 1. The Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting has recommended dividend of 12% i.e. Rs. 1.20 per share for year ended March 31, 2014. 2. Subject to Shareholders approval, appointment of Mr. Aditya A. Garware as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. February 01, 2014.

Global Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013 has approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend @ 8% i.e. Rs.0.80 per share for the financial year 2012-13 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the record date June 11, 2013.

Global Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 08, 2013 has declared Interim Dividend @ 8% i.e. Re.0.80 per share on 2,47,28,793 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2012-2013.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2011 have declared third Interim Dividend at 5% (i.e. Re.0.50 per share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting of the Company held today i.e. October 20, 2009, the following matters were considered and approved: (1) Declaration and payment of Interim Dividend @ 8% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per share for the year ended March 31, 2010. (2) Record date for payment of Interim Dividend is fixed on October 30, 2009.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held August 18, 2009, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, has recommended final dividend of 4% i.e. Re.0.40 per share for year ended March 31, 2009 . The total dividend for the year ended March 31, 2009 including three interim Dividends is 21%.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on July 21, 2009 the following matters were considered and approved: 1) Declaration and payment of 3rd Interim Dividend @ 4% i.e. Rs.0.40 per share for the financial year 2008-09 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the record date July 27, 2009.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on April 29, 2009, the Board has approved the declaration and payment of 2nd Interim Dividend @ 7% on fully paid up Equity Shares for the financial year 2008-09.

Garware Offshore Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008: 1) The Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting has recommended 18% dividend for 15 months period ended March 31, 2008. 2) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from August 26, 2008 to September 05, 2008 (both days inclusive). 3) The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be convened on September 05, 2008.
