Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, subject to the approval of shareholders, recommended to its members payment of dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2016-17.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the payment of dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be made on or after October 5, 2016.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 28, 2016 has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial year 2015-16.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2012-2013, as recommended by the Board will be considered at the scheduled Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 & the said dividend, if declared, will be paid /dispatched on or after October 10, 2013.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that at meetings held on May 28, 2013 the Board of Directors have recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share on equity shares of Rs.10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

The said dividend, if declared, will be paid/ dispatched on October 08, 2012.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2011 have recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share on 84,871,598 equity shares of Rs.10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2010 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share on equity share of Rs. 10 each (20%) for the financial year 2009-10 subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 29, 2009 recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.80 per share. The dividend if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 19, 2009 will be paid to the shareholders on or after September 24, 2009.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008 have recommended a final dividend of 18% i.e Rs. 1.80/- per share on 85,062,883 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the dividend @15% (Rs. 1.5/- per share) on 6,05,52,545 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on September 20, 2007 will be payable to members of the Company on or after September 25, 2007.

Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on June 26, 2007 have recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50 per share. This is subject to approval by shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
