Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors have at their meeting held on August 12, 2005 appointed Mr. Bharat Sheth as the Deputy Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. He was earlier Managing Director of the Company. He is now re-designated as Dy. Chairman and Managing Director.
