Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at its meeting held on October 29, 2004 the BOD have declared an interim dividend of Rs.3.50 per share to the equity shareholders of the company which will be paid to the equity shareholders on or after November 10, 2004. The Company has further informed that they have entered into a MOA for sale of 1986 built 105,391 DWT Aframax Tanker 'Jag Larjish' to be delivered in quarter ending December 2004.
