Geometric Software Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company is prospecting the acquisition of an engineering services business. A Term Sheet has been signed and the transaction will be subject to satisfactory due diligence, receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and other related processes. The Company will fund this transaction through a mix of debt & equity.
